Bachelor of Health Science in Respiratory Therapy with a minor in Music, (2001 from University of Missouri-Columbia). Currently pursuing a Master's in Higher and Continuing Education with a concentration on Medical Education from MU. Currently a clinical instructor, teaching Pharmacology and Equipment and Techniques to junior R.T. students as well as the clinical instructor for their VA hospital clinical rotations. Particularly interested in researching a possible correlation between regularly playing a musical instrument and/or singing and improved pulmonary function in patients with lung disease.
