Career Opportunities in CSD

The field of communication disorders includes the related but distinct professions of speech-language pathology and audiology. Both require graduate degrees for certification and professional practice. Both speech-language pathology and audiology offer highly rewarding careers with opportunities to work with a wide variety of clients in an array of work settings. Demand is very high for both professions at this time. The US Government's Bureau of Labor Statistics projects excellent employment opportunities for speech-language pathologists for the forseeable future and favorable employment opportunities for audiologists.
