Degree Programs

Health professionals play a critical role in finding out what’s wrong with patients and providing rehabilitation and therapy to restore their health. For people interested in filling that role, the School of Health Professions (SHP) at Mizzou offers degree programs in diagnostic, medical imaging and rehabilitative services. Students develop the sense of personal responsibility and accountability required of health care professionals while establishing a foundation for lifelong learning and growth throughout their careers.

Speaking of careers: Mizzou SHP graduates have high starting salaries and students often have more than one job offer to choose from before graduation. And the quality of their professional lives is great, too. Health science careers offer phenomenal growth potential and professional autonomy. These careers have a low burnout rate and provide opportunities to work in diverse settings with people of all ages.

If you want a career that allows you to make a huge difference in the quality of someone else’s life, achieve your best and get paid well doing it, consider the School of Health Professions at Mizzou.
